a. We help to file patent, trademark/service mark on-line applications to USPTO (the United States Patent and Trademark Office) with Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS);
b. We help to accomplish the registration of the patent, trademark/service mark of our customers;
c. We help to perform trademark oppositions and cancellation proceedings.


III. L1 VISA Application
We provide professional advice and recommendation on L1 VISA Application, for transferring workers (managers and executives) to a U.S. division of an international firm.
After establish the U.S. subsidiary of the parent company in China and other countries and areas, our customer could designate managerial or executive personnel to the United States, in order to operate and manage such subsidiary. L1 VISA is granted for a period of one to three years with extensions available up to a total of five or seven years, which allows the managerial or executive personnel to stay in U.S. for a long period, legally and continuously.


IV. Permanent Residency (Green Card) Consultant
A further step after the application of L1 VISA would be the Permanent Residency (Green Card) Application. It is possible to maintain L1 visa status while applying for permanent residency. Obtaining an L1 VISA on the basis of being an executive or manager also has the advantage of making available a “short cut” through the process for obtaining a permanent resident visa.
